Do you have to buy tickets online or can you pay when you arrive at the front gates?
- You must purchase tickets in advance online at https://www.christmasnightsoflights.com/tickets
How long does it take to go through?
- The Light Show takes 30-40 minutes to drive through.
Are there restrooms available?
- Porta-pottys are available at the entrance of the show. There are no restrooms available in the queuing line.
Is there a height or length restriction for vehicles?
- Yes! The height restriction of the entrance tunnel is 11 ft. We cannot accommodate full-sized buses, RVs or limousines. Vehicles must be able to make tight turns.
What hours are you open?
- We’re open every night November 6^th through December 31^st from 6 to 10PM! Extended hours on busier nights. Check the night you’d like to attend for open hours here https://www.christmasnightsoflights.com/tickets)
Is there a Military discount?
- Yes! Current and former members of the military can attend opening weekend (Nov 6-8) for free. Must show military ID at the ticket booth.
Are you open even when it’s snowing or the roads are slick?
- It doesn’t matter about the weather! We’re open every night November 6^th through December 31^st from 6 to 10PM!
Is there a place to purchase food or drinks?
- No, there are no concessions available. You are welcome to bring your own to enjoy in your vehicle.
Can I exchange my ticket for another night?
- Exchanges for a different night or time slot is based on availability and must be made no later than 10PM on the day the ticket is valid. Tickets purchased using a discount code can only be exchanged for show times between 11/6/2026 - 11/21/2026. You can call 317-593-4046 to make your exchange request.
Is there a place to get out of my car and take photos?
- No, you must enjoy the show from your vehicle.
How can we hear the music?
- Tune your radio station to 90.7 FM.
Are there refunds?
- There are no refunds. If you’re unable to attend on the date or time that you purchased, exchanges are based on availability and must be made no later than 10PM on the day the ticket is valid.
Where can we find how many elves there are?
- There will be a sign at the Light Show exit with the answer.
